Initiate a free return here. For instructions on initiating returns outside of the U.S., read the international return policy below. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
What is your U.S. return policy?
Returning Your Purchase (Clothing & Fashion Jewelry)
We accept returns purchased from marchesa.com within 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund. The return must arrive back to our facility within 14 days from the delivery date.
- You may initiate a return here. Enter the order number associated with the item you would like to return and the zip code the order was delivered to.
- After submitting a return request, a pre-paid return label will be sent to you via email.
- Pack your return and attach the provided return label to the outside of the box. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition with the security tag attached in order to be accepted.
Additional Information: If you wish to use your own return label, please make sure this arrangement has tracking information available. Marchesa will not be responsible if your parcel is lost and there is no way of tracking it. Returns will be refused without submitting a return request prior to sending and will be returned to sender.
Returning Your Purchase (Fine Jewelry)
We accept returns purchased from marchesa.com within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
- You may initiate a return by sending an email to mfjreturns@vandagroup.com.
- Once a return is approved, an RA# (return authorization) will be sent via email along with a pre-paid shipping label. Fine jewelry can only be shipped back using the label provided.
- Pack your return and attach the provided return label to the outside of the box. Returned fine jewelry must be in its original condition with tags attached and in original packaging in order to be accepted. Returned fine jewelry must have no visible signs of wear or use. Returned fine jewelry must be accompanied by all original documentation such as receipt, certificates, etc.
Additional Information: All fine jewelry will be inspected for any alteration before a refund is approved. Refunds may take up to two weeks from the date of receipt.

When will I receive my refund?
Please allow 7-10 business days for returns to be processed and refunded back to the original method of payment.
What items are not eligible for return?
Products marked as "Final Sale", fine jewelry on sale, and custom or personalized fine jewelry is not eligible for return.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders with UPS Ground. Orders are expected to deliver within 4-6 business days.
When will my order ship?
We ship Monday through Friday excluding the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Orders placed before 1pm EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1pm EST on Fridays will ship the following Monday.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with delivery tracking for your parcel. We are unable to offer tracking details beyond that provided by the carrier and are unable to guarantee precise delivery dates. Please be aware that circumstances outside of our control with the selected carrier can cause delays.
As these are third party services, Marchesa cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier. Marchesa is also not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
We are unable to accommodate address changes, and we cannot re-route a parcel once it has shipped. Marchesa is not responsible for any missing parcels due to addresses incorrectly entered by the customer.

What shipping methods are offered for U.S. customers?
We offer complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders with UPS Ground. Orders are expected to deliver within 4-6 business days.
We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional cost. Costs are calculated at checkout.
- UPS 3 Day Select - 3 business days. No additional taxes to be paid at delivery.
- UPS 2nd Day Air - 2 business days. No additional taxes to be paid at delivery.
- UPS Next Day Air - 1 business day. No additional taxes to be paid at delivery.
What shipping methods are offered for international customers?
International orders are shipped with DHL. Orders are expected to deliver within 3-7 business days.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, you cannot change or cancel the order. You may return your order within 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund.
Do you offer price adjustments?
Please reach out to our concierge team at concierge@marchesa.com with all relevant details of the item you are requesting an adjustment for consideration.
Can I use more than one promotion code on an order?
Promotion codes cannot be combined on a single order. One code can be used at a time when placing an order.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and more. You also have the option to pay with Paypal and Amazon Pay. We partner with Klarna as a buy now, pay later option.
Can I purchase extra fabric?
Unfortunately, we do not carry extra fabric for our styles. In an effort to be sustainable, we only order the amount needed to create the styles ordered.
